Microsoft 365 Confidence Checklist
Microsoft 365 Confidence Checklist
Use this page as a simple end-of-course review. It is designed to be practical, printable, and easy to revisit before a tutoring session.
1. Tool confidence check
- I can explain when to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot.
- I can save files in a place I can find again.
- I can tell the difference between a file stored on my device and a file stored in OneDrive.
- I can join a Teams meeting, manage basic meeting controls, and share a file safely.
2. Mini review questions
- If you need a polished letter or handout, which Microsoft 365 app should you start with?
- If you need to track tasks, dates, amounts, or status, why is Excel usually a better fit than Word?
- What is one risk of sharing a local file instead of a OneDrive link?
- What should you check before trusting a Copilot answer?
- What is one Microsoft 365 task you still want help practicing live?
3. Practice tasks
- Create a one-page Word practice plan with headings and a short checklist.
- Create an Excel tracker with at least five rows, filters, and one simple formula.
- Schedule a practice Teams meeting and attach or link a OneDrive file.
- Ask Copilot to improve a short paragraph, then review and edit the result yourself.
4. Ready for live help?
