The most comprehensive option: a full 2-hour hands-on training session covering the Microsoft Office topics that matter most to you. Good for complete beginners or an end-to-end walkthrough of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Outlook.
Deep-dive Office session
A 90-minute session for covering more ground, working through multiple topics, tackling a complete project, or spending extra time making sure concepts stick. Useful when preparing for work, an exam, or a practical Microsoft Office task.
Focused computer support
A full hour of one-on-one computer support paced around your needs, including everyday computer use, internet navigation, files and folders, email, settings, or a specific software issue.
Simple, transparent, and consent-based.
Every session starts on Google Meet. For Remote Tech Assistance, remote access is used only if you agree and only for the issue being worked on.
